- Within 2 hours of placing the order
- Before order is marked as "Processing"
- Before payment is processed (for COD orders)
⚠️ Partial Cancellation (Processing Charges Apply)
- After order processing has begun
- Before order is shipped
- Processing charges: 5% of order value or ₹50 (whichever is higher)
❌ No Cancellation
- After order has been shipped
- For customized or personalized items
- For items marked as "No Cancellation"

5. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid Orders
- Refund processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Processing charges deducted if applicable
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- No payment to refund
- Order simply cancelled
- Confirmation email sent
6. Partial Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel only some items from your order:
- Contact customer service immediately
- Partial cancellation available before processing
- Refund calculated for cancelled items only
- Shipping charges adjusted proportionally
7. Automatic Cancellations
Orders may be automatically cancelled in the following situations:
- Payment failure or declined transactions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Product out of stock after order placement
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Technical errors in pricing
In such cases, full refund will be processed without any charges.
